Adults ages 18-25 are invited to join theEast Bay Regional Coalition on Tuesday, July 14 at 4 pm for a special wellness focused program called InShape! InShape Prevention Plus Wellness is the nations only easy to use, single-session substance use prevention program designed to increase fitness, health and performance-enhancing behaviors like physical activity, exercise, healthy eating, getting adequate sleep, and practicing stress control while avoiding harmful substance use for young adults. Upon completion of the training, all participants will receive a $25 gift card. Free and open to adults ages 18-25. Please register below.
