National Smores Day
National Smores Day is celebrated on August 10th of every year. We have the Girl Scouts to thank for this delicious campfire treat. The recipe first appeared in a Girl Scout book. What is a S’more? Simply put, a S’more is a toasted marshmallow and part of a chocolate bar nestled between two graham crackers. It is best enjoyed hot by a campfire. For people who don’t like to roast marshmallows over an open fire, you can make one by using your microwave oven. Find more information.
