Take Back Your Tech WORKSHOP: Level 2

A companion to our Take Back Your Tech classes, these focused workshops allow for small-group work and guidance on customizing your devices to improve security and privacy and learning about alternatives to Big Tech platforms.

Attendees should have attended the Level 2 class (but will not be turned away if they did not).

This time: Level 2 in our climb to digital independence. We can install privacy-respecting applications, make our own DNS choices (with added benefits like blocking ads or adult material), and explore network changes that put some power back in our hands.

Curious but need some help? Bring your device (laptops too!) and librarians will assist you with your next steps in taking back your tech.
