Heidi Powell, President of CenTex SHRM
Heidi is the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations for McLane Company, with over 21 years of HR experience and more than 26 years of management experience across supply chain, healthcare, telecommunications, retail, IT, and manufacturing industries. Her expertise spans Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Account Management, Sales and Marketing, Project Management, and Talent Acquisition Operations Management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, along with PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. A longtime CenTex SHRM member and current Chapter President, Heidi was named Volunteer Leader of the Year by SHRM Texas in 2022 for her dedication to the HR community.
Julie Rodriquez, Membership Director of CenTex SHRM
Julie Rodriguez has more than 20 years of HR experience spanning retail, manufacturing, legal, operations, and transportation, including over fourteen years at McLane Company Inc., where she currently serves on the teammate relations HR team. Her expertise covers Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Leadership and Employee Development, Benefits, and Training/Performance Development. She holds a master of science in leadership and management, a bachelor's in business management, and an associate degree in supervisory management, along with Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Investigations certifications
Anna Musulin, Past President of CenTex SHRM
Anna Musulin is currently the Human Resources Manager for Omega Builders in Temple, TX. She has over ten years experience in the HR field in healthcare and construction, and has loved every year of it! She currently handles all human resource duties for Omega, including recruiting, benefits, employee relations and satisfaction, payroll and more. She received her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Texas A & M Central Texas in 2010. She earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2013 and her SHRM-CP in 2015.
