Family Storytime with the Library Director

Join us for engaging storytime events at Anoka County Library, designed to promote early literacy skills for children aged 0 to 5 years. Our Family Storytime, led by the Library Director, offers a delightful experience where caregivers and children can share books, songs, and rhymes, fostering a love for reading and readiness for school. Siblings are welcome to join in the fun!

For our youngest attendees, the Baby Storytime is tailored for infants aged 0-24 months, featuring books, songs, and playful activities to nurture early cognition and connection between babies and their caregivers. Registration is available for the entire season, with a single registration required for each baby.

The library also emphasizes accessibility and encourages visitors to reach out for any required accommodations to enhance their experience. Plus, don’t forget to check out new picture and board books from the library to enjoy at home with your little ones!
