Details:
Join us for a Zine Making Workshop designed for young writers eager to share their stories! This hands-on session will begin with an exploration of the revolutionary history of Zines, highlighting their role in freely sharing art and ideas. Participants will be guided through the process of creating their own Zine, crafting original works such as short stories, non-fiction arguments, or mini-memoirs. Led by local writer, actor, and educator Rachel Rios, this workshop aims to empower young creatives to express themselves authentically through the art of eight-page stories and short-form writing.
