Join us for this exploratory workshop, where you will be introduced to the basics of coiled basketry and how it can be used as a drawing toolto create unique basket forms and sculptures. During this workshop, you will learn how to start and finish a basket, how to wrap and attach coils using colorful yarns, and how to create and finish basket forms. Join us for a fun-filled basket-making time! Registration required. Registration details provided below. Please note that this is a 4-week workshop series. A second ramp on Dexter will bring you to the entrance. We will meet in the Community Room, which is located in the basement of the branch. There are both stairs and an elevator that will take you to the lower level of the library.
