Details:
The PATH Team (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) will have drop-in hours to provide case management, individual therapy, peer coaching and connection to mental health services through AllHealth Network. They offer support for finding long-term housing, resources for emergency shelters, connection to SSI/SSDI, food stamps, and other DHS programs. Please note PATH does not provide emergency housing, but they can provide shelter resources.
