Book Corner at the Commons

Join us for two exciting summer events at the 1st Street Dining Commons in downtown Beaverton! First, enjoy Book Corner Wednesdays, where you can browse and take home free books for all ages—perfect for finding your next beach read or a children's story. Bring a friend, grab a coffee or lunch from local businesses, and relax as inventory changes weekly.

Additionally, during Pollinator Week, participate in our Native Seed Swap. Bring seeds to trade or come learn about native plants and pollinator-friendly gardening. Plus, we’ll distribute 500 free native seed packets to help cultivate a Pollinator Pathway throughout Beaverton. Both events are hosted by the Beaverton Downtown Association to foster community engagement in the heart of the city. Come and celebrate literature and biodiversity with us!
