Sobriety Support Sound Bath

Whether you're newly sober, years into recovery, sober-curious, or simply looking for a substance-free way to unwind, you're welcome here.
This monthly gathering begins with a brief guided meditation followed by a restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other acoustic instruments. Afterward, those who wish to stay are invited to connect with others in an informal, supportive community. Conversation is always optional.
Mats and blankets are provided. You're welcome to bring a pillow or anything else that helps you get comfortable.
