The SPCA of Texas is joining Best Friends Animal Society, a leading national nonprofit organization working to save cats and dogs in America’s shelters, for Foster Forward Challenge June 1-30, 2026. Together we can get more pets into foster homes!
Join us on the below dates for Foster Forward Challenge, Pop-Up Foster Orientations. Whether you’re ready to foster or simply exploring the possibility, you’ll leave our Pop-Up Foster Orientations with valuable knowledge, new connections, and the confidence to make a lifesaving impact for animals in need.
June 13 | 9:30 to 11 am | Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center
Enjoy tea and cookies while meeting some of the animals who benefit from foster care. Chat with our foster team and volunteers, watch bottle-feeding demonstrations, and learn about common, manageable care needs you may encounter while fostering.
