The City of Fresno Parks, After School, Recreation and Community Services (PARCS) Department is dedicated to providing accessible, safe, and enjoyable recreational opportunities for all residents. The department manages over 1,500 acres of open space and offers a wide range of programs and activities for all ages, including adaptive sports, arts and crafts, science education, fitness classes, and after-school programs. PARCS also oversees community centers, swimming pools, and various park facilities, including playgrounds, sports fields, and trails.
