Share what inspires you about Red Clay during the Red Clay Renaissance Art Contest!
Artists of all media are welcome to participate. The theme of the show this year is Ayetli, the Center. At the heart of everything are a people who ayetli gadoga (stand in the middle), establishing tohi (peace, harmony) for the world. The Cherokee people believe that everything on this Earth has a purpose and plan, and that harmony, sanctity, and balance can be achieved when we stand in unity with all beings. What does that look like for you?

Submissions are due via the Google Forms link by June 26th. Winners will be notified by July 3rd. Physical pieces must be delivered to the Visitor Center by August 1st.
Winning submissions will be recognized at an opening reception on Saturday, August 8th at 2:30 PM during the Cherokee Cultural Celebration. Winners' pieces will be displayed in the Visitor Center through January 2027.
Parking for the Cherokee Cultural Celebration will be in the field, with the cost of attendance being $5 per vehicle. We invite you to enjoy the Celebration before and after the opening reception!
