In This Together

"In This Together" is a 10-session support/education group designed for women within the military community who are currently pregnant or have given birth within the last year. This group will not be completely limited to what traditionally constitutes as "perinatal" years but can also include women diagnosed with a perinatal mood disorder, and birth/adoptive parents who can benefit from support during this challenging time.
