An employee handbook can be both a guidebook and a shield for a business. Using sample policies, Michael A. Shadiack, Esq., Chair of the Employment Practice Group of Connell Foley LLP will lead an in-person interactive handbook clinic to provide attendees with information on drafting and updating work rules, leave and benefit policies, and what language should be included and excluded per the law.
