OSC DD Report Due

In an effort to reduce the passing off of data from one person to the next, we are going to implement a single form. The form contains all of the same information that was on the original spreadsheet shown at the June DD Meeting by State DDC George Metz. The only difference is that the DD needs to select the reporting month.

Attached is a little instructions that we would like for you to send out to all your DDs along with the link below. After the DD enters his information for the reporting period, an email goes to you (provided they select the correct Diocese) and to the State DDC. This allows you to keep track of who is and is not completing these forms. Also, on a monthly basis right now, you will receive a summary of the month. The timing on that will need to be worked on once we start getting data into the system.

All of the data is being entered into a running spreadsheet on the State Councils Google Drive. So, if there is any time you need something, it will always be available.
