Every year, more than half a million abused and neglected children need safe, permanent, nurturing homes. Too many spend years moving from one temporary home to another. They are more likely than other children to face homelessness, unemployment, and even prison as adults. That's where Chesterfield CASA steps in. The Court Appointed Advocates program (CASA) was created to make sure these children don't fall through the cracks of the child welfare and judiciary system. We act as a voice for vulnerable children in Chesterfield County and Colonial Heights. Our goal is to help ensure all children under the court’s protection have safe, nurturing, permanent homes where they can thrive.
