Build real strength with confidence in our Barbell Strength Lab. This focused strength class is designed to teach proper safety and flawless technique for all major barbell exercises performed in the squat rack-including squats, bench press, overhead press, deadlifts and rows. This is deliberate, slower paced strength training session emphasizing quality movement, lower repetitions, and progressively challenging weights.
