Join us for a day of community service on Thursday, September 4, 2025, with two engaging events designed to enrich our local spaces.
At the Southside Wellness Center, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, you can participate in Gardening & Yard Work. Help beautify the center’s gardens, raised beds, and fruit and nut trees. Bring sunscreen, gloves, and water, and invite your whole family—all ages are welcome!
Meanwhile, at River Roads Lutheran School from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, you can put your organizing and decorating skills to use by transforming the hallways and classrooms into vibrant learning spaces.
Both institutions are dedicated to fostering community well-being and education: the Southside Wellness Center has been serving seniors and the disabled for over 45 years, while River Roads Lutheran School focuses on providing a safe, nurturing environment for children to grow academically and spiritually.
