Second Saturday of the Month at 10am and 1045am
Second Saturdays @thevibecreativedistrict come join Calm Kids for a family friendly sound bath. Chill on the VIBE yoga mats provided or bring your own blanket and relax. Research has proven sound art to have many health benefits for people with anxiety and high stress.
LOCATION: #virginiabeach 18th St Parklet -yoga mats and trees area near fence of art.
Open to the public!
30 minutes sessions: 10-10:30 and 10:45-11:15
