The Clean and Green Commission (formerly the Keep Hayward Clean and Green Task Force) was formed by the City Council to help address issues impacting community appearance. Its mission is to preserve the environment and enhance the visual appearance of the City of Hayward through the joint efforts of individuals, volunteer groups, businesses and municipal resources. Agenda and Reports Send an email to elizabeth.scott@hayward-ca.gov by 1:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. Please identify the Agenda Item Number in the subject line of your email. Emails will be compiled into one file, distributed to the Task Force and City staff, and published on the City's Meeting & Agenda Center under Documents Received After Published Agenda. Written comments received after 1:00 p.m. that address an item on the agenda will still be included as part of the record. Assistance will be provided to those requiring accommodations for disabilities in compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act of 1990.
