The Arapahoe County Office of Emergency Management is offering a hands‑on workshop designed to help community members build confidence before, during and after emergencies. Participants will learn about the Office of Emergency Management, the role it plays in keeping the community safe and the resources available to support residents. The program covers the essentials of personal preparedness including how to make a plan, stay informed and get involved followed by a practical demonstration of what to include in an emergency kit and why each item matters.
