**Pay:** $23.00–$27.00 per hour (DOE & Community Size)
## We're Looking For:
Apartment or multifamily maintenance experience (required)

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting & general maintenance skills

Strong troubleshooting abilities

Great customer service and communication skills

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
## What You'll Do:
* Complete resident service requests
* Perform apartment turns and preventative maintenance
* Troubleshoot and repair building systems
* Maintain community grounds and common areas
* Participate in an on-call rotation
* Help provide an exceptional living experience for residents
