Details:
There are matinée shows in June and July! Come to the planetarium on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings from June 2 through July 23.
Explore the night sky with our friends from Sesame Streetâ„¢. Join Big Bird, Elmo, and Hu Hu Zhu as they take a trip to the Moon. See how the Moon is different from the Earth and learn how to find the Big Dipper and North Star from your backyard. This interactive show was coproduced by the Adler Planetarium, Sesame Workshop, the Beijing Planetarium, and Liberty Science Center and comes to us through a grant from the PNC Foundation.
Admission is $8 for adults or $7 for Parkland students, seniors 65 and older, or children 12 and under. Passes may be purchased at tickets.parkland.edu/ or in the lobby beginning a half-hour before the first show. The full show schedule is at planetarium.parkland.edu/
