Yoga

Details:

Join us for two engaging activities that promote wellness and creativity! Every Monday, experience Yoga for adults in collaboration with the Muhlenberg County Health Department—no prior experience or materials needed. Additionally, the Middle Grade Book Club offers a fantastic opportunity for youth to enhance their reading skills while socializing in a fun setting. Each month, we select a book to read and enjoy discussions, crafts, games, and snacks. In August, the featured book will be *Because of Winn-Dixie* by Kate DiCamillo, with copies available for borrowing at the Central City Public Library. Parents and guardians are welcome to attend the book club, and older students can also join the Teen Book Club while adults have options like the Thistle Cottage or New Chapter Book Clubs. Don't miss these wonderful opportunities to "unplug" and develop important skills!
