St. Marys Community Public Library is hosting The Deli Bar(n) for a meat curing and preservation presentation on Monday, July 6th at 6:00 p.m.
Join us to learn about curing and preserving meat. Curing is a way to preserve and flavor meats, cheeses, and fish. Learn about techniques like dry curing, brining, and smoking.
