St. Marys Community Public Library is hosting the Armstrong Air and Space Museum on Thursday, June 11th at 10:30 a.m. Ellen Engle will give a presentation about the Neil Armstrong and the planes he flew, including the Learjet that set five world records with Armstrong as the pilot.
Children will learn how planes fly by doing experiments on the four forces of flight. They will make their own balsa wood flyers and decorate them with markers.
This event is geared for ages 6-11.
