Art at Brucemore: Glass Butterfly Garden Stake (SOLD OUT)

Join us for the **Art at Brucemore: Glass Butterfly Garden Stake** workshop, a collaborative event with the Iowa Ceramics Center and Glass Studio, designed to add vibrant color to your garden. Participants will create a stunning glass butterfly, adorned with beautiful wings and curly antennas, using a warm glass technique. This unique experience will be held in the Brucemore Carriage House on **July 19**, with two sessions: **12:00 - 1:30 PM** (SOLD OUT) and **2:30 - 4:00 PM** (SOLD OUT).

The workshop includes all instructions, materials, and protective eyewear, and each project will be fired in a kiln to produce a handmade art piece complete with a metal stake for easy display in gardens, patios, or indoor planters. Registration is required by **July 15 at 5:00 PM**, with admission priced at **$55.00** per project, plus a **$4 processing fee** for online and phone orders. Space is limited, and participants must be over the age of 12, accompanied by an adult if under 18.

Arrive through the gate at **2160 Linden Dr. SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403**, and check in with staff at the Carriage House. For safety, participants should wear closed-toed shoes and leg-covering clothing. Projects will be ready for pick-up approximately three weeks after the workshop date.
