Public Works Showcase: Touch A Truck Event!

Join us for the inaugural Public Works Showcase: Touch A Truck Event, hosted by the City of Lago Vista Public Works Department! This exciting, free family-friendly event will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Public Works Facility, located at 21011 Seminole Drive. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to meet the dedicated people behind our community services, explore Public Works facilities, and get an up-close look at various vehicles and equipment during the Touch A Truck experience. The event features educational displays, demonstrations, and fun activities for kids, along with giveaways, food, and refreshments. Whether you're interested in learning how we maintain infrastructure or just want to climb aboard impressive machinery, there's something for everyone.
