Colorado Day Cornhole Tournament

Celebrate Colorado's 150th birthday with a day of friendly competition, community spirit and classic backyard fun at our Colorado Day cornhole tournament on Aug. 1! This event brings adult players of all skill levels together for a high-energy tournament set against the backdrop of the Town of Castle Rock’s Colorado Day Festival. Enjoy a festive day filled with great throws, good company and a little Colorado pride. Teams of two will compete in an exciting tournament format featuring a consolation bracket, with all teams guaranteed at least two games. Whether you’re a seasoned backyard player or just looking for a fun way to celebrate, this event offers a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere with music, food and local flair. Prizes will be awarded to top finishers, and spectators are encouraged to join in the fun and cheer on their favorite teams. Don’t miss your chance to be part of the Colorado Day celebrations! Athletics Programs and Activities Refund Policy The Castle Rock Athletics Department is committed to providing high-quality programs and services while maintaining fairness and accountability in refund processing. A 90% refund will be issued only if the participant withdraws at least seven (7) days before the program start date, provided the withdrawal is not program-related and not due to unmet requests. Full refunds are not available due to administrative and processing fees. Partial or prorated refunds may be considered when a participant withdraws after the program has begun due to verified medical reasons or family emergencies, with appropriate documentation and approval from the Athletics Supervisor. No refunds will be granted once a program has started unless the Athletics Supervisor approves an exception under extenuating circumstances. Registration There is a $40 team entry fee and the event will be limited to 16 teams. Registration will open until July 25th. Teams can only consist of two players, and all players must be 18 years old. A complimentary beverage ticket and an event t-shirt will be included with your registration fee.
