Michael “Fitz” Fitzpatrick, frontman of multi-platinum soul-pop band Fitz and The Tantrums, has embraced a renewed sense of creative freedom on the group’s sixth studio album, *Man On The Moon* (2025), choosing to write from the heart rather than chasing expectations shaped by past hits like “Out of My League,” “The Walker,” and “HandClap.” Joined by co-lead vocalist Noelle Scaggs and bandmates Joseph Karnes, James King, and Jeremy Ruzumna, Fitz crafted the album as a cohesive, adventurous collection that pushes their signature sound in bold new directions, highlighted by tracks like “Ruin The Night” and the Motown-inspired title song.
