Calling all outdoor enthusiasts to the most unique race of the year. Secure bragging rights while testing your endurance and speed as you ascend 178 feet to conquer the 200-step Challenge Hill at Philip S. Miller Park.
Join the Climb4Change event, sponsored by No Limits Physical Therapy, on Saturday, June 13. Beyond the challenge, the event raises funds and awareness for the Town of Castle Rock’s therapeutic recreation program.
2026 race events include:
Power Hour - up and down the stairs as many times as you can in 60 minutes
ClimbNRun 5K/10K - climb the stairs, down the switchbacks and run the trail
Trail Reps - up the stairs, down the trail and repeat for 30 minutes
Race to the Top - up the stairs once as fast as you can
Run4Fun - family fun run on a 1/4-mile course (nontimed)
Registration includes a T-shirt, finisher’s medal (except Run4Fun) and prizes. Fees range from $25 to $45, depending on the course. Kids under 5 are free, but must still be registered. Registration closes Tuesday, June 9. Participants may register on the day of the event, but prices will increase.
Proceeds from this event benefit the Town's Therapeutic Recreation program and is used to provide scholarships, purchase adaptive equipment, and give access to a wide variety of activities for adults and children with cognitive and physical disabilities.
