Get ready for a special girls’ night out presented by Group Chat Girlies. Skylar Schock and Carol Tyner host a one-of-a-kind evening made just for the girlies. Skylar Schock and Carol Tyner are known for their sharp, relatable takes on dating, friendship, and all things girlhood. This show blends comedy and conversations in a unique format. Skylar is a bi-coastal stand-up comic, actor, writer, and producer. She has performed across the country at venues including The Comedy Store (La Jolla) , Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club (Las Vegas) , and the Laugh After Dark stage. She's opened for headliners including Cristina Mariani, Michael Yo, John Caparulo, and Ivy Wolk. Skylar was a Best of Fest selection at the Comedy Chateau Comedy Festival (LA) , an official performer at the Queen City Comedy Experience (CLT) and advanced in the WSOC (ATL and Ohio) . She is the creator of Group Chat Girlies, a unique format live show, and Laugh Until You Cry, a stand-up show spotlighting mental health. Film credits include For the Love of Lily and the Austin Film Fest Award-winning short Betsy F*ing Ross. Carol Tyner is a stand-up comedian, improviser, and producer. Carol has performed at comedy clubs including The Idiot Box Comedy Club, The Comedy Club at Duckworth’s, The Comedy Zone (Charlotte & Greenville) . She has opened for headliners including Tim Meadows, Erica Rhodes, Cliff Cash, Cam Bertrand, and Conner King. Carol has been a featured performer in festivals including: The North Carolina Comedy Festival, The Queen City Comedy Experience,, The NewSouth Comedy Festival, and The Asheville Comedy Festival. She is a founding cast member of the award-winning Shameless Improv Society. Carol also co-produces Group Chat Girlies, a live comedy show that mixes stand-up with interactive audience segments, driving women-led conversations. In addition, she co-creates The Lynns, a character-driven sketch duo, and We Rate Your Run, a (wo) man-on-the-street social series known for its quick, off-the-cuff humor.
