Youth Mental Health Group

The Youth Mental Health Group at Carson Valley Health invites youth ages 12-17 who are dealing with mild to moderate mental health-related issues to participate in a supportive environment. Led by a licensed clinician, this group addresses a range of topics, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress, relationship dynamics, family matters, interpersonal effectiveness, boundaries, and coping skills. The group convenes every Thursday from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the CVH Behavioral Health Clinic, located on the 2nd floor of the main hospital at 1107 U.S. Hwy 395 N, Gardnerville.
