Moderated by Paul Lisnek, political and legal analyst for WGN-TV and former Assistant Dean and professor at Loyola Law School. Joined by Steven D. Schwinn, professor at UIC Law and Robert E. Shapiro, a trial lawyer and litigator with more than 40 years of experience.
