Elgin 4th of July Pet Parade

Celebrate the Fourth of July in Elgin with a full day of family friendly parades, concerts, food trucks, butter making, fireworks and more!
9AM- The Pet Parade begins at the intersection of Douglas Avenue and Ann Street, by the NENA Butterfly Garden in front of the main parade!
Meet our volunteers, learn about the shelter and ways to get involved and meet some of our available adoptable pups! AHS will be there until 12:30PM!
Elgin’s Fourth of July Parade, starts at 9AM from Douglas and Slade Avenues, traveling south on Douglas Avenue to City Hall at Highland Avenue.
