Colaisde na Gàidhlig / The Gaelic College

Colaisde na Gàidhlig / The Gaelic College is a non-profit educational institution dedicated to promoting, preserving, and perpetuating the culture, music, language, arts, crafts, customs, and traditions of Scottish immigrants from the Highlands. As the only institution of its kind in North America, it offers year-round programming for students of all ages and skill levels, including instruction in Gaelic language, Cape Breton fiddle, piping, highland dancing, and weaving. The college also features a museum, a craft shop, and hosts various cultural events and gatherings, contributing to the living culture of the Nova Scotia Gaelic people.
