This unique folklife experience invites you to explore the shared histories, traditions, and deep connections to the land of the Mi’kmaq (L’nu) and Gaels of Nova Scotia. Along the way, you’ll discover traditional knowledge of local plants and medicines while learning about the enduring relationships between people and the natural world that have shaped Mi’kmaw and Gaelic life for generations.
