On Thursday, July 2nd, we are hosting an open house and bringing world-class martial arts training to M&A!
Whether you are looking to build rock-solid self-defense skills, improve your physical fitness, or develop focus and discipline, our traditional Shotokan Karate program is designed to help you achieve your goals.

What to Expect:
- Traditional Shotokan Karate training: Focused on kihon, kata, kumite, and practical self-defense. Programs available for kids, teens, and adults.
- WKF Karate & Tournament Training: Structured preparation for WKF-style karate competition, including kata and kumite training aligned with USA Karate and World Karate Federation (WKF) standards. Emphasis on technical precision, sportsmanship, and competitive readiness.
- Karate Jitsu (Applied Karate Self-Defense). A traditional approach to karate focused on kata-based self-defense, close-range techniques, balance breaking, and realistic applications rooted in classical forms.
Family-Friendly Environment: A welcoming, high-energy atmosphere focused on mutual respect, personal growth, and community.
