Open Hours in the Children's Makerspace

Join us for an exciting summer filled with creativity and activity at our Children’s Makerspace and World Cup Soccer Camp! The Children’s Makerspace will be open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and all day Saturday, offering weekly themed sessions with no registration required. Explore diverse projects each week, such as Mixed Media Art Collage Construction, Summer STEM Challenges, Indi Robot Exploration, Towers and Tall Structures, and Recycled Inventions, where kids can design, build, and innovate using various materials.

Additionally, the World Cup Soccer Camp at Anson B. Nixon Park invites children ages 8 to 13 for a fun and active soccer experience. Participants should dress to play and bring water; registration is required, with specific meeting details provided via email.

Please note that children under eleven must be supervised by a responsible caregiver at all times in accordance with the Library’s policy.
