The Creative Arts Guild is the oldest community-based multidisciplinary arts organization in Georgia, founded in 1963. Its mission is to cultivate and sustain the arts in Dalton and surrounding counties through education and promotion. The Guild offers year-round instructional classes in dance, visual arts, music, culinary arts, theatre arts, and literary arts for all ages. They also host events, exhibits, and performances, and maintain a sculpture garden. The organization supports established artists and nurtures emerging talent, aiming to make the creative arts relevant, accessible, and enjoyable for the community.
