Freedom from Smoking Clinic — July and August Session

Ready to quit smoking for good? Join AdventHealth Gordon’s Freedom from Smoking Clinic this July and August and take the next step toward a healthier, smoke-free future!
This eight-session program meets over seven weeks, from 4 to 6 pm, and gives you practical support to help make quitting more manageable. You will learn how to know when you are ready to quit, how medications can increase your chances of success, ways to prepare for your quit day, and coping strategies for stress, weight gain, and staying smoke-free long term.
The July/August session runs on 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 7/30, 8/4, 8/11, and 8/18.
Sessions will be held at AdventHealth Harris Radiation Therapy Center, 1035 Red Bud Road in Calhoun. Dinner or snacks will be provided at each session. AdventHealth Gordon is a smoke-free campus.
