Childbirth Education Classes at The Baby Place at AdventHealth Gordon are designed to help expecting parents feel informed, supported, and confident as they prepare for birth. Held in a welcoming setting, these complimentary classes offer practical guidance on what to expect before, during, and after delivery, while also supporting whole-person well-being for body, mind and spirit.
Whether this is your first baby or you are looking for a refresher, these classes are tailored specifically for patients delivering at The Baby Place, and are a helpful way to learn, ask questions, and feel more prepared for the journey ahead.
Childbirth Education Classes are offered at no cost at AdventHealth Gordon in The Baby Place Lounge/Classroom every 2nd Tuesday from 6 to 7 pm, except for July and December.
