Greatest Fourth in the North

Join us in beautiful Lake City for the annual Greatest 4th in the North celebration! Bring the whole family and celebrate Independence Day with fun, food, entertainment, and community traditions in Northern Michigan. While this year’s event has been adjusted due to construction at the downtown city park, we’re still excited to offer an amazing lineup of activities including live music and entertainment, food and craft vendors, the boat parade on Lake Missaukee, a 5K/10K run, pickleball, cornhole, and volleyball tournaments, as well as the Grand Parade and fireworks launched over Lake Missaukee. We can’t wait to celebrate another unforgettable Fourth of July with everyone in Lake City!
