Family Fishing Fun!

Join us at the Carl T Johnson Hunting & Fishing Center for a fun-filled fishing adventure! We'll meet at our visitor center and walk to the canal to fish.
No gear? No problem! Whether you're brand new or just want to cast a line, this is the perfect experience for all ages. We will share how to safely cast, bait hooks, discuss fishing ethics, and help you remove your catch from the line. We provide the equipment, bait, and tips.
Don't forget to take a photo of your prized catch!
If you're not camping with us this weekend, you'll find parking available in the Day Use area or in front of the Carl T Johnson Hunting & Fishing Center.
