Details:
The Summer Learning Collaborative 2026 is a campuswide professional development series designed and coordinated by Learning and Development in Human Resources. Running June 1 through July 30, SLC brings together campus partners to offer engaging learning opportunities that help employees build skills, strengthen collaboration, support wellbeing, and connect their work to Chico State’s mission.
Audience: SLC 2026 is designed for Chico State staff, managers, supervisors, leads, and employees interested in professional growth, workplace learning, and campus connection. Some sessions may be intended for specific audiences, such as MPPs, supervisors, or employees in particular roles, so participants should review individual session details before registering.
This year’s sessions include topics such as AI literacy, supervision and management, accessibility, Microsoft 365 collaboration, employee wellness, leadership, student connection, campus resources, and community-building. Offerings are aligned with the 10 core dimensions of employee engagement from the Great Colleges to Work For survey and are designed to support practical learning, meaningful connection, and continuous improvement across campus.
Participants may attend individual sessions based on interest and availability. Some series-based offerings may require attendance at multiple sessions to receive completion or certificate recognition. Please review each session listing for details on date, time, modality, and location.
