Body by Holly is back and even better... introducing BUILD! Get ready for a full-body workout that strengthens, stabilizes, and energizes your entire body! This class blends strength training, endurance, mobility, stability, and flexibility work. With over 30 years of experience, Holly welcomes all fitness levels and provides modifications so everyone can move safely and confidently. Each session mixes different styles and tempos to keep your body challenged, your mind engaged, and the experience fun—while remaining low-impact friendly. NEW: Expanded Program Support Holly is excited to offer more than just great workouts! Along with her 3-day live class platform at PVMHS, participants will now receive access to a private FaceBook community for: Weekly health and wellness tasks Mindfulness activities Recipe sharing Encouragement, accountability, and everyday chit-chat Direct interaction with Holly throughout the week This added layer of community support is designed to help you stay motivated, connected, and inspired outside of class. We are also offering online access only as an option. Late Spring Program Details 6-week session 4/8-5/15 3 in-person classes per week (MWF) for a total of 14 classes (no classes week of 4/20 due to school vacation) Pricing: $130 for 3 days/week $110 for 2 days/week(virtual class included at no extra charge) 4 Week Functional Core Program on FaceBook Community Late Spring 2 Program Details 6-week session 5/18-6/26 (No class 5/25, 6/8, or 6/19) 3 in-person classes per week (MWF) for a total of 15 classes Pricing: $142 for 3 days/week $125 for 2 days/week(virtual class included at no extra charge) FaceBook Community Only $50 4 Week Glute and Core Program on FaceBook Community (please note, a band is needed) What to Bring Mat One or two sets of dumbbells (light and heavy) Water Towel Supportive sneakers (cross-trainers or running shoes; no fashion sneakers) Weather Notes In cold or inclement weather, class moves indoors to the field house.
