Pilates Mat and Hot Power Pilates Teacher Trainings

Offering both Pilates Mat and Hot Power Pilates trainings, choose your specialty or enroll in both and become fully versed in the spectrum of our Pilates programming. Attend in-person at Back Bay studio or via livestream.
The first training weekend is shared—an immersion into Pilates fundamentals, anatomy, methodology, and the principles that underpin both formats. After that, trainees branch into their chosen path: Pilates Mat or Hot Power Pilates, or trainees enrolled in both Pilates Mat & Hot Power Pilates trainings attend all three weekends.
By the end of the program, you will:
- Confidently teach 45–60 minute beginner and mixed-level mat classes
- Offer safe progressions and modifications for diverse student needs
- Write professional class plans and deliver cues that inspire clarity and confidence
- Step into the studio ready for real-world teaching opportunities
