"Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they just have the HEART.” "The best things in Life are old, loved and recycled.” The Circle of St. Paul's: A Legacy of Service and Community Since 1930, the Circle of St. Paul's has hosted community rummage sales on the San Francisco Peninsula. What began in a vacant store on Burlingame Avenue eventually found its permanent home at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in 1936, where our bi-annual sales have been held ever since. Our mission extends beyond a simple sale. The Rummage Sales are a long-standing community effort focused on service, fellowship, and outreach. We provide the community with an opportunity to purchase good quality, serviceable used merchandise at reasonable prices. The proceeds facilitate connections with local Peninsula-based non-profit organizations, helping them achieve their charitable goals. Additionally, we provide crucial financial support to St. Paul's Episcopal Church for operational and special projects, such as the recent funding of new stage curtains, kitchen floor refinishing, and safety rails. Join Our Story: Volunteer or Shop! These sales are made possible by two groups of amazing people: our valued volunteers and our wonderful shoppers. Volunteer with us: People of all ages and backgrounds are welcome. You can help for just an hour or two with donation sorting, sale set-up and take-down, or during our two-day sales. Shop with us: Our shoppers make everything possible by coming out to our Spring and Fall sales to find outstanding prices on irresistible gently used, new, and vintage items. Our next Rummage Sale will be on Friday & Saturday, May 1 & 2, 2026. To become part of our story, please contact us. Our Telephone number is (650) 348-4811 ext. 3
