Open Volunteer Days at the Sanctuary

First Sunday of Every Month • 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Ages 12 and up, accompanied by an adult Join us on the first Sunday of every month for Open Volunteer Day at Winding Branch Ranch. From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, volunteers ages 12 and up are invited to roll up their sleeves and support the animals who call the sanctuary home. Each month brings simple, hands-on projects like refreshing pastures, organizing supplies, helping with light cleaning, or assisting our team with basic animal care tasks. These mornings are a meaningful way to give back while learning more about the sanctuary, our mission to rescue, revive, and rehome farm animals in need, and the everyday work that keeps our animals safe and healthy. Whether you are a new volunteer or returning for another month, Open Volunteer Days are a welcoming, purposeful way to spend your Sunday.
